    We are migrating to a new online ordering, billing and support software package. This will allow better ease for payments and allows up to offer additional services and support to our customers. This also changes some of our billing terms and conditions, how we will conduct invoicing and methods of payment.

    Existing customers will be manually added to our the client area of the website and will be mailed once our system is live where they can login and update information.

    Once live, it is important that customers login and update their information. Invoices and support responses are sent via email. If you do not update your information, you may not receive your invoice and result in account suspension.

    We will no longer be providing any longer term grace periods for payments. Invoices are emailed 14 days before due date. Payments are due on the date shown. Payments not received on time will automatically be suspended 5 days after the initial due date and will have a $15.00 late charge added to their invoice. All suspended accounts must pay the outstanding balance and any late fees before their account is re-activated. Accounts that receive no payment will automatically be removed from our servers after 30 days.

    As of May 1, 2008 will also be converting our payment methods to three options:

    • Credit Card (Online Processing)
      Credit Card (Call-in, Offline Processing)
      Mail in Payment

    We will continue to accept PayPal for any customer with an existing subscription until they expire. However, any new services or accounts that need to be purchased must use one of the methods outlined above. We are phasing out PayPal as a payment processor due to high levels of buyer fraud attempts and problems that exist with PayPal's policy regarding seller protection and related issues with fraud related charge backs.
